Closing location sale... Stopped by with my wife to look at throw pillows. Prices weren't low enough for her but I picked up a display cart for use in my woodworking shop. While she would give fewer, I give it 5 stars!!!

Pier 1 was AWFUL. They Are Going Out of Business, but they went Above and Beyond to be RUDE, Discourteous, and Just This Side of Hateful. I was Hoping to Use their Ladder, but they told me it was Gone. I was removing Fixtures I Paid For, and they Couldn't Be Bothered to Tell Me the Fixtures were Bolted All the Way Through the Wall. It would have been Much Easier to Unbolt on the Other Side. Then they didn't want to let me into the Back Room to See What I Was Dealing With, but when I Insisted, there was the Ladder they said wasn't there. I asked if I could use it to Undo the Bolts and He said, "No, it Belongs to Someone Else so You Can't Use It." Then, after I Loaded Up, I went back in, and . . . Another Customer was Using the Ladder to Take Down Fixtures. I had to Leave Right Then to Avoid Saying or Doing Anything . . . Unpleasant.
What has happened to my store? I was expecting all the glitz & glam of Christmas, but it seemed sparse and not very Christmas-y. The staff has always been a lively, laughing, very helpful group, but it seemed even their light has been diminished. WHAT'S GOING ON?
Open at noon. Don't think so. It is 12:17. Won't answer the phone either.

It was sad, because they are closing but I did get some really cute napkin rings
They finally updated their aesthetic! Lots of great pieces to choose from! Sale was amazing! The only complaint I have is that the music was off.
