I asked this company to take a deposition for me. Less than 100 page depositions and they send a bill for over 900. They charged for a condensed transcript, an index, a CD, 40 delivery fee, 85.00 appearance fee, .32 per page to scan. They tacked on charge after charge. They provided and charged for things I did not ask for or desire. Even after complaining and receiving a credit the deposition ended up costing my client over 750.
