I wish I could give a good review but cant. Went to their shop the summer of 2020 and was very impressed with the inserts and all their products. The sales person at the store said they would schedule a visit to our home (at a charge and that is ok with me) but never contacted us. We made two additional calls and the answer was always (he'll get back with you. Finally gave up and called someone else. So in summary, the products look great, they just aren't interested or were too busy to deal with our install.

We stopped by for info about four months ago. We learned so much about fireplaces. Afterwards we compared prices and services online and the \Big Box\ stores. We decided to go with the services of Rick's (about 20% more than big box) New logs installed today! So happy! And my wiener loves it as well!(see pic)

Wonderful place. They've got incredible setup for fireplaces and grills. I'm sure they have much more. Was surprised that during the pandemic, the person who waited on me was not wearing a mask. But they were very friendly and helpful.

Although I haven’t made a purchase (yet), employees have been more than helpful in educating me on various products and not pushing me to buy now or toward any certain product. I was given one on one attention and all of my questions were answered by very knowledgeable employees.
