They were friendly and very knowledgeable. I found the right trail shoes after trying out 4 different brands suited for me. I was happy with my purchase.
I bought my husband shoes here for Christmas and it turned out to be the wrong style for his feet. When we went to return them, they said they couldn’t help us because we didn’t have a receipt. When I purchased them, I created an account to track my purchases towards rewards. Apparently that tracked purchase doesn’t count towards a receipt. I wanted to shop here to support a local business rather than buying from Amazon but due to their lack of customer service, looks like I’ll be shopping with someone who can use my account to look at previous purchases. That’s 150 wasted due to their unwillingness to take a return. **edit: via email, Barbara was able to help me return the shoes.
Great service, one on one for fitting of shoes, they had several different styles for me to try. I walked out with a great pair of new running shoes!
Love this place. Friendly staff, good selection of running gear, clothes, nutrition & shoes (no Salomon). One of the few places that have Injini toe socks.
