This is the review for LD HOUSE, even he is not my sales person he walks me through the truck the day I was picked up. I am bless and glad knows good people like him, after I pick up my brand new beautiful 579 truck break down in a week I called my sales person she not answer the phone and no call at all But LD answer my phone as many times as I called in he arranged for the service this is the man with heart he is patient you would not go wrong for purchasing the truck I am highly recommend anyone for purchase the truck from him!! Thank You so much SIR!!
Jona did an amazing job. I contacted her about a truck. She had the deal set up the truck had the apu installed on it before I flew to Tulsa. Keegan in the rig up shop was just as impressive having accessories installed! Customer is not dead!
I really like the trucks they build but they will not return calls or text I sent pictures of my 2019 w900L to try to trade it in with Steve and texted with him for 1 day then he never responded. Then talked to ithink his name was Kyle last week told he to call me the next day about a black cherry 389 they have for sale never heard from him again. Maybe talk to your sales guys alittle bit I shouldn't have to sell myself a damn truck and do all the leg work to get it. Maybe lay off YouTube and worry more about the customer.
THEY SOLD US A 75,000 USED LEMON!! MOTOR BLEW BEFORE 1ST TRUCK PAYMENT WAS DUE, ON THE 1ST LOAD! 40,500 TO HAVE THE MOTOR REBUILT. OUT OF WORK FOR 2 MONTHS AS A RESULT. NOW WE JUST HAD TO REPLACE ALL OF THE FILTERS, THEY WERE PLUGGED TO THE MAX AND WE HAD TO REPLACED 3 REAR OIL SEALS AND BOTH SETS OF REAR BRAKES BECAUSE THE SEALS WERE BAD AND BLEW OIL ALL OVER THE BRAKES. ANOTHER 1500.00.. THEY SAID IT HAD BEEN DOT INSPECTED, & GONE THROUGH WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB??!! LIES!! BE CAREFUL BUYING ANYTHING USED FROM RUSH!!
