We were at the Sant Francis hospital last week and we want to thank all the great team they make up. we want to thank Kristin RN. she was kind and helpful to us as was everyone. Blessings to all.

Amazing facilities. Clean, large rooms. It’s Sunday and we’ve Only seen the doctor once in 3 hours, after being diagnosed with a stroke. Food is pretty good.
The staff and teams here are amazing... especially under the high volume of patients arriving in the ER for multiple reasons!! PEOPLE...PLEASE WEAR A MASK!! ESPECIALLY IN THE WAITING ROOMS AND LOBBIES!!
My baby was born at Hillcrest South, but her doctor had us come to this hospital for her phototherapy. I didn't bother about it too much because I was just glad she was able to get a room set up for us before we arrived. The 2 hospitals are night and day! The nurses at Saint Francis that helped us overnight were moody and acted like every question was a bother. During the day, lots of different nurses/techs/doctors came to check on my daughter, but asked the same questions like they weren't sharing information. I didn't know that this was a learning hospital also, so I passed out for 30 minutes (I'm exhausted from being up every night for a week to care for my newborn) and woke up to a room full of people staring at me like I'm crazy. I should've pushed for her doctor to refer us back to Hillcrest South. They really took care of us while we were there and genuinely cared about their jobs.
I go here a lot to visit people from my church. Usually have great things to say about St Fran... so... \Usual.
