Very very pleasant experience. I have been ordering from them for a while now. You can’t beat their prices. In addition, I have had the best customer experience so far from any online store with them. I recently received an order that came in broken by USPS extreme rough handlings (use the word “extreme” because it was very well packaged when I received it). I informed them via email and they personally reached out to me. They worked with me and even shipped me a better glass water pipe (because my initial order was out of stock), with a faster shipping that same day. They were also very friendly on the phone even as they went above and beyond. From our conversation I learnt they are a family-owned business, which is a huge PLUS in my books. Rarely do you have the combination of a great product selection, at very great prices and an outstanding customer service in any business but they somehow manage to do it all. So they are my one stop shop for everything smoke related. Also they include some free samples and a few extras here and there in my orders too. I’m just glad I found their online store and I look forward to placing future orders with them.
