Incredible experience! Ralph helped me through this process from the very beginning to the very end. He was very honest and upfront with me about everything I needed to do and how things worked. Ralph stayed in constant communication with me. I was never stressed or worried during this process because Ralph handled everything so professionally. I will be coming back to South Pointe with any future concerns or requests I have with my vehicle. Don’t even question coming here, just do it! I visited here going to take my Jeep in for some work and recalls. I had vacation coming up and we had not yet decided where. Once we knew a hitch was on the recalls we purchased a little camper to tow. The parts continually took longer then expected to come in and after three weeks we were supposed to leave in the morning but the jeep was still in the shop. Pate and Ben took the time to secure us a tow vehicle for our trip and ensure our vacation was saved. I could not be more thankful. And now after the jeep is back it is better then ever and I could not be more happy with them and their service. IDK that I will ever trade this old Jeep but this will be the first place I come when I come looking for a new tow vehicle soon, as their customer service is unmatched So thank you Pate, Ben, and Cody I will be back. You got my business for a lifetime of vehicles (when the gladiator prices drop or a ram 2500 is in my price range.) Seth Kindred

Everyone there was welcoming and helpful. Frank checked to see if our warranty would cover some of the stuff that was messed up. He got our car in as soon as the claim was confirmed and I got it back the very next day. I was very impressed with how fast it was fixed. Thank you for the fast service and all the extra help that he did checking with my warranty I appreciate it so very much. Also the shuttle service it was great the first kid was very polite very professional and the second time Frank shuttled me himself and I greatly appreciate that I was able to make it to work on time which was an extra bonus.

Each time I have been to South Pointe Jeep I have received excellent customer service and the service to my Jeep has been great. They do what you ask them to do and let you know what other services may be needed or recommend without making you feel like you must do this work now. Baleigh is great to work with and she keeps you updated on the progress of the repairs while your waiting. I recommended this location to my sister and she is taking her Jeep there to be serviced now too!
