I've been in this shop 2 times and have left each time swearing to myself that I'd never go back; I hope this time I hold myself to it! Went in last week and the guys at the desk couldn't answer simple questions about parts or repairs. Couldn't offer opinion on whether part in question could be warrantied and couldn't present a timetable if I left machine there. Basically if you want to waste time and get the same service you would from a website, stop into Southside. I bet most of us can replace them with the internet and not have to engage with crabby people!
