I am a frequent customer of at Sheridan in Tulsa but I went there this weekend and the server was very rude and unkind to me and my family. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I had a bad experience at this restaurant. There is a specially a new waitress, an Asian lady named Sheryl (or something like that) who is very unkind and unprofessional. Every time a go there I just pray that I won’t be served by her but last time unfortunately she was my server and I had a very bad experience and came back home upset. I finally made the decision of not going there anymore because there is no point of going to restaurant and not being at peace to enjoy your meal and coming back home upset. I hope they change their staffs and recruit better and nicer severs and staffs so that no other customer goes through the same bad experience that I had there ever again.

One word: IMPRESSED! Everything was delicious from start to finish. Service was excellent. The atmosphere was very cozy & inviting. One of our new fav spots!
This is our restaurant that we love going to for special events....Valentine's Day and birthdays. It is clean, the waiters are friendly and helpful with food and wine selections, and the atmosphere is very nice. The food is excellent and the presentation special. Our waiter made my birthday very special. We always leave full and happy! Even with COVID, we felt safe. Our temperature was taken before we entered and tables were distanced. We live 100 miles from this restaurant, but it is definitely worth the drive for our special celebrations. If we lived in Tulsa, we would be there more often.
My husband and I drove here for our date night from NWA. It had a great atmosphere and prompt seating. Our service was mediocre at best. Our waitress was friendly but after taking our order disappeared until she brought us our check. The food was delicious and had great flavor! The portion sizes were very generous and we were over all pleased with the restaurant!!
This place was great from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. Our server was Michelle she was awesome. It was out first time there and she went above and beyond explaining different things on the menu. The food was awesome and there price fits for what you get!
