Very nice employees that you can tell are just genuinely kind people. However, when I went in, my car was showing throttle body and pedal sensor codes. So, they replaced the pedal and didn't address the throttle body at all. A week later, my car broke down and did the exact same thing it had been doing before, showing throttle body codes again. I was charged upwards of 450 from Urban Auto--which I assume was mostly labor, but I honestly don't know--the invoice didn't say how much labor was put in or how much the pedal part cost...so not very helpful in knowing where the money was spent. It just said that the pedal was replaced, and the total of almost 500. I took the car to another mechanic, who worked on the throttle body (I believe the original issue), and it's been running completely fine ever since. I don't think that Urban had bad intentions or anything, but the actual problem just wasn't addressed, and the invoice information was really unhelpful. I'm assuming the majority of the money was on labor? Not sure how expensive the actual part was because it just didn't say. The other mechanic I took the car to said that the pedal is rarely what has to be replaced--which when I thought about it, I've driven a lot of cars older than the one I have now, and I've never had to have a pedal replaced. Anyway. Again, I don't think they necessarily had bad intentions, but it just kind of sucks to spend that much and not have the actual problem fixed.

Morgan and Connor run a great crew. The shop's always clean and they charge fair prices for the most honest work you'll get in town. I don't trust anyone else with my cars like I do Morgan. You won't be disappointed!

These guys are the best! Came in with a leaf blower / mulcher that was barely a year old. I didn’t want to spend a ton since I could’ve just replaced it. They took a quick look at it before taking it back to the shop and came back a short while later with it running. Turns out it was a safety switch that wasn’t functioning correctly. They fixed the switch, replaced the gas, and said I was good to go. Great price! I can’t believe how affordable these guys are. I will definitely be coming back for any lawn or auto needs in the future. Pretty legit and honest dudes in my book.

Great honest group of guys at the shop. They have saved my business multiple times with affordable last minute repairs. Priced better than all their competitors and turn around time is usually no longer than one business day. Great service here will not be taking my lawn equipment or vehicle anywhere else
