This should be a negative rating. When VRC bought Green Country Shredding, they doubled our price. From January to May 2020, they kept sending overdue invoices, and I never could get in contact with anyone to take our payments. Multiple emails were sent trying to get their form filled out, and they ever received it\. Dear owner, do not bother responding to this, you are wasting your time, you should focus your time on straightening out your business. We had a driver come out yesterday to empty our bin...yet it's still full, and we were still charged. As far as contacting your Vice Prez...she has 2 different phone numbers??? AND she never answers either one???? This is the most poorly run business I've ever dealt with.
Can we give zero stars? Since Green Country Shredding was sold, I can't get anyone to call me back or pick up. I've been trying to call and email for three months, but no one will respond.
If negative stars were an option-I'd give you all NEGATIVE TEN stars. Service has been terrible since Green Country Shredding was bought by VRC. Each month our invoice (when we did get them) was always wrong, and now we have not had a pick up last month. I have tried emailing and calling numerous times, no response. I even tried the number given on the response to the negative reviews left here...apparently no one is ever there to pick up the phone. I cannot talk to a live person, just a voicemail. We were willing to give VRC a chance, but we can't even get a pick up and our shredding/recyclables are overflowing. Terrible company, if you are looking for a shredding service...STAY AWAY FROM VRC!!! Save yourself some frustration. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! EDIT: After I entered my negative review please see the generic response they posted below. Did they bother to read that I already tried that contact information they listed in their response...um, w/ no response????
If I could put zero stars I would. Since VRC has bought out green country shredding we have not had a pick up in 2 months and our shred was overflowing. I keep calling for them to come pick up their container, no answer.... We went with a different company due to lack of communication on their part. WOW just WOW! VRC come pick up your container its taking up space in our office. Update: 2/03/2020 I have called Charity 3 times and left a voicemail explaining I still need for VRC to come pick up their bin!!! NO Call back- COME GET YOUR BIN- IT'S TAKING UP TOO MUCH SPACE IN OUR OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!
