Absolutely wonderful experience! I was in a situation that needed an analysis quickly and Beth made it happen! Beth herself is a collection specialist and was able to get my sample and results back in a hurry and I couldn't be more thankful I called Dragon Analytical Labs!
I asked Dragon Analytical to test my deep well water. Professional, answered all my questions, through job, reasonable price. I would recommend everyone with a well get the water tested annually.
I have used Dragon for the last two QA tests, the results were ok. However the timeliness of the testing is where Dragon is lacking. I was told 3-5 business days for results. After waiting 9 days and still no results I write this review. I am sure many of you business owners know that receiving test results allows you to move forward. Being subject to someone else time frame isn't ideal especially when you were expecting something else. For the price Dragon is fair, however for the time they make you wait for results there are other companies that can get results quicker. Next time I will not be using Dragon, and I will be using one of the other labs. I would not recommend Dragon Analytical Laboratory Inc. to anyone I know unless they are a competitor I want slowed down. James
Great people to work with. I had to have a test right away, they accommodated my needs and we got the job done.
