They cant even figure out how to take the answer service off the auto answer after abgiliday weekend yet I'm suppose to trust them?????? HMMMMMM NOT a great start to any of this.

I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. I had to pay off a debt that my mom owed after her Alzheimers got so bad that she started bouncing checks EVERYWHERE!! They have been very professional and have worked with me to get this straightened out. They have done nothing shady or deceitful and have given me no reasons to not trust them 100%. They're just doing their jobs so if you end up having to pay these folks, it's not their fault :).

Worst service ever, these people are crooks... Had something go to collections for 1200, now with late fees and court cost expects me to pay 2500! Tried to settle for 1900 and they refused to settle. This place is the worst.

After inquiring about how much I owed them trying to resolve my debt I was told that my call would be marked as refusal to pay and they proceeded to threaten me telling me they would continue with other routes to obtain the mpney they were owed.... I'm currently unemployed
