Very fast unloading and very nice warehouse person. Come 4 days before appointment time and no problem. Get door right way, papers signed and unloading in 30 minutes. Thank you. So when they refused to deliver to my home business as they said the road was not big enough(not true) but they said I could come pick up the water. When I called to order 500 worth of water and had arranged my driver with a van, they said that they would not sell me 40 (5) gallon jugs of water because of the deposit on the jugs??? So of course I would pay the deposit on the jugs? So ultimately you cannot even pick water up from their warehouse. They will not sell you it to you for pickup. Most businesses would love a 500 order. Not sure what they do exactly for business.
We live 14 miles from distribution center and have a large office that needed water delivery. They deliver to Mason and Lewis County but refused a delivery 14 miles away. They said trucks would not fit on the road to avoid delivering. Google has pictures of their trucks and they will easily fit on our street and driveway. Manager spent 10 minutes on the phone explaining how they are a family business etc but turned around and blatantly lied about his trucks not being able to fit. Our gigantic semi Bekins moving truck fit just fine. FedEx and UPS come everyday. Moral of the story...they have a internal selection process that is very biased on criteria that they personally change day to day. I offered to buy 40 five gallon water bottles, but apparently my business meant nothing. Do not trust a word out of their mouth.
