I had a wonderful visit to Kitnner Homes. With help from Wendy & Dennis I was able to get closer to replacing my fire damaged house. Anyone needing a new home should check them out.

It is my great pleasure to highly recommend Kintner Modular Homes for those interested in building a manufactured home (and even to those who never considered it!). We weren’t convinced if modular was a great option until we starting working with Kintner and now have our beautiful home – to which no one even believes is a modular. Kintner, particularly their excellent salesperson Dennis Yun, spent so much time with us, making our dreams a reality with all of the customizations we were looking for in our home. Even though they have countless floor plans available for you to pick from, you can take any of them and tweak them to make it work for you. Every question, concern, and need we presented them with throughout the entire process was taken care of and addressed to our satisfaction, and beyond. I know a few people that have Kintner homes and it gives me great comfort when I hear that the customer service even after your home is completed is outstanding. I am so proud of my Kintner home!
We have owned our 2-story home for over 10 years - we love it - it is now long out of warranty and Kintner Homes is still supporting us. We recently had an issue regarding building materials that was out of the control of Kintner Homes and they are spending considerable resources to help us resolve the situation. They are a class act. Highly recommend.
Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. The homes were set up beautifully.
