Very rude individuals that don’t like their jobs. I kept receiving calls from this company on behalf of someone. I told them to remove my number from the list, even so afterwards, I was still receiving phone calls. Of course, now I’m frustrated cause 1. I’m getting calls during business hours, and 2. I’d ask to be removed from the list. Speaking with a male and female representative, I didn’t catch the males name but Maria was the female, they both hung up on me. Maria also stated that there’s no supervisor there to speak to me when I requested one and that I couldn’t have their work email nor be directed to their phone line. Working in collections I know that this was lies. Collections isn’t for everybody. I’m reporting this company and their practice to the FDCPA.
