The lady who rung me up was in too much of a hurry to be able to clock out that she left the security ink tag on my shirt. I love thirty minutes away so there is no way I'm about to drive back up there and waste my gas to get them to take it off. So my independent white woman butt decided to google how to take it off myself and try to get it out. Well, now my present for my sweet sweet deserving boyfriend is a mess of holes and ink. I stood there waiting for the women who was working that day to unlock the nose rings and when she did she didn’t even let me look at them she took then straight to the counter to check me out so I payed the woman got my bag and got out of there and when I got to my car I had looked at them and they were the wrong kind so I took them back in to try to get my money back and she said she can’t give me a refund.. so I called the 800 number and I was on hold for 16 minutes before hanging up.. I then had to go in line because they said I could get help there and it said no one is on line to help me so they will not give me my money back and they don’t even want to help me to make this right I will never shop here again!!
