I have been traveling with Turimex for as long as remember. Never had a bad experience until today. We forgot to get round tickets before we left so end up buying the tickets in Monterrey to head back to Garland. They drop us off in Dallas stating that his system didn't show a drop off in Garland even when our tickets showed traveling to Garland, just because he didn't want to travel to next station just for 2 people. I'm so disappointed, when we asked to show us the tickets he refused and accused us of taking the tickets when he show them to us the first time. Which we didn't get to see them clearly the first time since we had just woken up. The driver was rude and just plain ugly attitude even we told him that it was not a personal matter against him just trying to get our money's worth.

Always on time responsible staff with lots of care for one's personal property ect..ect I recommend turumex for their performance and persistently to transport individuals and families to their destination on a timely manner and safely.
I love the service in this side of USA,in the border the drivers can be rude with people But anything else is great I love Turimex
They were not checking anyone's temperature, were not disinfecting bus prior, were not practicing social distancing, ppl seating next to each other on the bus. Told at ticket purchasing that all precautions were getting done and nothing.
I bought my aunt a ticket online in November 2019 and gave her all the information to board. When she got to the bus station in Mexico they were having a hard time locating her ticket. I had to get on the phone with them and insist they find it before she missed her bus. After an hour of talking to them they finally located it and was able to board. Other than that she didnt have any issues at that time. However, this time was just plain robbery from them. I bought my aunt a ticket on friday so she could leave Saturday night. She got to the bus station as usual and they didnt have issues finding her ticket this time. When she got to the bus to board they told her she couldn't because she needed her permit to travel to the U.S. She usually gets this at the boarder but no one told her they required it before boarding this time. They told me she had to go online to get it and I would have to pay them to change the ticket for tomorrow. No where on the website mentioned this and no one told her this when she got her ticket. When I call the 1800 number I was told something different and because I bought it online they couldn't do anything. So buy tickets from them at your own risk because they are non refundable no matter what or transferable even it it's their fault. I will never use these thief's again!
