Turkish Airlines is one of our favorite international airlines for flights to Europe and Asia. Their airplanes are always clean and the service is first rate. Even when other airlines are canceling flights Turkish Airlines does what it takes to get you where you need to go safely and comfortably.

Turkish Airlines has used covid as an excuse to screw it's customers. It's incredible how much the company has changed. It's the only direct flight to Istanbul from NYC and, while that comes with a cost, it was worth it for the convenience and comfort. I can honestly say that this round trip with them was the worst experience I've ever had with an airline. Unless they revert back to their old model, I will never be flying with them again. Before: -Slightly more expensive than other airlines -Best food -Amazing staff -Free alcohol/other refreshments -Free food upon request Now: -Double the price of other airlines -Terrible food (sandwich with one slice of cheese, juice box, tiny pastry) -Unhelpful/rude staff (asked a question about covid protocol to multiple people and got completely different answers from everyone) -Nonexistent covid procedures (flight was completely full and masks wasn't enforced) -Alcohol etc. is no longer available to economy (neither free nor paid)

Absolutely horrible service. Manager is extremely rude. Yells at customers and employees alike. They don't know what it means to provide proper customer service. My clients at my travel agency will be recommended not to travel on Turkish. Their standards of service is lower than the worst domestic airlines.

Incredible service with Turkish Airlines. I sat in economy on an international flight and still received a care package including: vegan chapstick, toothbrush and paste, socks, slippers, an eye mask, and reusable zipper bag. The food exceeded my expectations! Fresh cucumber salad and house made mint lemonade!! Unlimited alcohol - wine, beer, whiskey. Would be thrilled to fly with them again.
