Due to weather many flights were delayed tonight. Many thanks to the Turkish Airlines Lounge Team. They worked hard and tirelessly to keep us weary travelers fed, hydrated, and tables cleaned and turned over for all to feel safe and cared for. It did not go unnoticed or unappreciated. My gratitude for their work ethic and integrity will go beyond today and will leave an amazing impression. Bravo!
Came here after Centurion lounge gave me a hard time for being "early". Everyone here was professional, the lounge was spotless and the food was great. It is also nicely laid out with plenty of room. Will definitely come here again when in Miami.
OK so this lounge was pretty lousy to say the least. 1 actual bathroom per gender, meaning only 1 person can use at a time. Extremely tight space in the entire area. Very rude people. The food is Luke warm and bland. Not worth a 2nd visit here!
I prefer the lounge in IAD better, but the food was good everything individually wrap and people to serve it for you due to covid.
The club is nice enough. But the service is terrible. There was a long line to get food, at least 10 people. But only one person serving. Not premium service at all
Flying international business class and harassment about face diaper while other people are clearly not wearing their sign of submission. I always 1 star anywhere that treats me badly.
Nice and quiet,clean, comfortable. They are taking some excellent precautions with Covid. They have a large 2nd room in the rear, I almost missed it. They do take priority Pass. If you are flying out of D or E, you can utilize this lounge. Portions are small, but nicely presented. You may need to ask for a second serving.
