Driving on the LIE this weekend, I hit a pot hole and my electronic emergency brake wouldn’t turn off. I was close to home and was able to drive home but would need a tow to the dealership. I contacted Kurt who was able to schedule a tow for me on the exact date I needed (2 days after the incident) & gave me a great price and assured me that the driver would be able to take me as I needed to pick up a loaner car and had no other way of getting there. The tow driver Brett showed up on time and called before he got here. Brett was very professional and we got to my appt 15 min early. Would definitely recommend Turning Wheels to anyone!

If you EVER need towing service, pick this company! Kurt is super cool, helpful, knowledgeable and just an overall good hearted person. He went above and beyond tonight for brother and i truly appreciate it! He even told him to wash his face well after his air bags had deployed so that his face wouldnt be affected the next day! Like what other towing company does that! You rock!
Turning wheels towing was very good to me, when I was contacted about my car being picked up, the first question I was asked was if I was ok after my little incident, I don’t know many tow companies that care or even ask if your ok. Also I was not with my car when it needed to be towed and I had the keys with me, unsure of how I’d get them to the tow company and collision center, I mentioned it to my tow driver( can’t remember his name but, he was most pleasant and kind) he said he would come and get my keys from me. That’s what you call good service, going above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Thank you Turning Wheels Towing for a positive experience. I will definitely pass the name along to anyone who needs your services and I’d most definitely use you again myself. Happy Holidays, stay safe and well.
#1 Service!! I emailed Turning Wheels for an estimate, Kurt (the owner)replied promptly. The rate he provided was better than anyone else I contacted. He sent his driver (Jeff) Saturday morning for an 8:00 pick up, Jeff was right on time. Jeff took great care to make sure that my car was loaded properly. If you need your vehicle towed give them a call, you will be glad you did!!
Henry was excellent! Was earlier then the advertised time and was professional, kind, and quick the whole way through! I hope I won’t have too often but I will definitely use them again, great experience all the way through.
