I rarely do reviews but really have to give a shout-out to this company. Not only do they have beautiful quality products but after having a nightmare of a time purchasing from other websites I'm so lucky I found Tuscan Basins. The customer service was beyond compare. They worked with me and kept me posted about things I had to fight to be notified on with other websites. Thanks to Tuscan Basins my bathroom will be finished in a reasonable time. Shipping is fast, transparency front loaded, best prices I could find. So grateful.

Just received a fountain that I ordered thru tuscan basins. I was able to chose the color I wanted and was able to customize the spout as well. Setting up was easy as well, the fountain came with all the fittings I needed and pump. Wish I had a bigger house for more!

Worse company ever, please stay away from them. I ordered a concrete fountain from them a week ago, and I have been waiting for them to ship it to me patiently. But I just received an email from the company stating that they had to cancel my order today because the price was misquoted. How do you guys stay in business? why does it take a week for you guys to let me know? Why customers are being misleading with pricing from your website? Can you guys look at yourselves in the mirror and try to run a better company???

Great selection, lowest price, easy to order and fast delivery! And the sink we ordered is even more gorgeous than we'd hoped. When friends come over and use the rest room, they all comment on the unique & gorgeous sink. And it was so nice being able to order the faucet and accessories along with the sink so that we knew they'd fit.

I ordered three range hood filters from tuscanbasins online. At the time I didn't know that the filters came in qty of 3 so I only needed to order 1 qty. Tuscan Basins knew that but only processed an order for 1 qty and never sent me the 3 I ordered. They defrauded me then charged me 25% restocking when in essence they should have refunded me for the other two items I never received. Don't do business with these scammers!
