Fresh, homemade, delicious. The food was excellent. Innovative pasta dishes. Flavorful sausage. Small restaurant, tight seating. The mixed grilled meats was so-so. I think they should have had a fillet mignon instead of the cut off beef that was included. It's read good but not great. I wouldn't order it again. My daughter's pasta dish was excellent. I think it's best to stick with the pasta dishes here Desserts were limited because they ran out. I ordered the Limoncello which was delightfully tasty. I recommend it. The food was very good and I plan on going back to try some of the other dishes.

The Vongole is a bit surpised with bold execution: the handmade pasta is saltier than other place but it is actually very well calculated to make the sweetness and fresh taste of the clams be the highlight of the dish I dont usually have high expectations with calamari, but the way they cook it here make it crispy and fresh at the same time
Absolutely amazing!! Delicious authentic pasta I've ever had and I love supporting small businesses so that's a plus too! I highly recommend getting the calamari as an appetizer and the Salsiccia pasta if you like pink sauce and sausage. We have been fans of Centro for a long time and we will continue to support both restaurants! Definitely recommend if you're looking for fresh pasta at good prices!
The pasta by itself is delicious, but I did not like the carbonara sauce. The gelato is GREAT! Any flavor you will not regret. Prices are ok for the area
