The service here is impeccable. I book online and can usually get an appointment the next day. They offer loaner vehicles but I usually don't need one because they are quick! The waiting room is very comfortable and they've got great coffee. Can't beat it!

I found the car online and submitted all necessary documents before speaking to anyone. Upon arrival, Scott was very attentive, had the car ready, and went for a test drive. After the test drive, we dove right into the numbers. From the finance department to the sales team, I felt like I was in good hands. The process was streamlined; however, everyone was pretty thorough in explaining what I was signing off on. A great experience none the less. Highly recommend.

I was able to lease a new car with great ease. Over the phone is so much easier than going into the dealership. I called and told them what I wanted and they told me what was available. Once I picked out the vehicle, we discussed price and came to an agreement. I think this took all of 1 hour going back and forth. They prepared all the paperwork, prepped the car and delivered it to me. So much easier. It took me about 15 minutes to go thru and sign all the paperwork. I was given information on the latest features and we were done.

Shady business here. Refuses to price match the same part that another Lexus has in stock. Charging an extra 60 here for absolutely no reason!
