1, very honest accountant. I had signed the higher cost lease as I was tired and needed to eat (Diabetic). Next morning inform them and they corrected to my satisfaction. 2, Because of Pandemic car had less than 200 mile at the time of 6 mo. service. They provided a excellent service at no charge. 3, My key was lost help me with the new key with a smile. Best experience with car dealers in 62 years ( I am 82) Dinesh Shah Irvine

Was greeted with a great smile and attitude from my boy Jason here. He got us a test drive right away. The dealership is built like a spaceship with friendly people. Everything was smooth and painless. The finance manager Debbie was great. They were very clean with all pricings and dealings. Walked away happy & satisfied with my purchase of a 2012 VW. Thank you team Tustin Mazda and especially Jason for getting me an affordable, clean ride. :) UPDATE: Wanted to give a big shout out to Jeff from service dept. I would not recommend getting your car serviced here. Our experience purchasing the car was fine but the two visits since then to get our car serviced have left a lot to be desired and have convinced me to not come back. Both times, the service manager left me waiting way past the quoted amount of time and the second time I went in, there was mud spots all over the passenger side interior when they returned it to me! I had to clean my car when I got home because it was so bad. I went to Toyota for 3 years prior to going here and never had any problems.

I'd spoken with Chance for a while about what I would like to get in a car and he was beyond helpful and we figured out my maximum spending cap in no time. From there we kept in touch and he was always making sure I knew when they were receiving another batch of used cars so I could have a nice selection of them. It didn't matter, as the first car I saw in person was perfect for me because he knew exactly what I wanted and needed. The whole process was streamlined and simple and easy even though I've never bought a car before.
