Like another review mentioned, when I toured the complex the man helping did not wear a mask. Actually, no on working in the leasing office was wearing a mask. They also clearly have a pest issue. I toured their model unit and kept stepping on roly-poly bugs. Feeling the crunch resonate through my shoe was not a great feeling. This and other issues convinced me not to sign a lease with this complex. It did seem like a great value, but honestly these reviews were validated when I toured the complex.

Twelve100 is one of the best apartments on Metric Blvd. There are a lot of good options on Metric, but they're older. Twelve100 is newer, better built and the best value for the money. The amenities are great and the location is unbeatable!

Going on a week without water after the winter storm. The lack of communication and effort to get our water restored is mind blowing. No weatherizing steps were sent out to residents prior to freezing, so nine buildings of twenty had burst pipes, which reveals the age and decrepit state of things generally here. After we lost water, we heard nothing from for days and then just false promises of how they were working to contact mysterious vendors. Rather than communicating what steps have actually been taken and the extent of the damage to residents, they just panicked fielding calls from upset people. They have the audacity to continue to repeat that this affected the entire state, as if that wasn’t supremely obvious. There are so many things they could be doing differently to help. Opening showers in open units to residents during a pandemic makes me feel like I pay a lot of money to live in the YMCA. No thank you. They are now lying to us when we call for updates so we will leave them alone saying there are people working on things, yet when you walk around the complex there are no work trucks in sight. This is just one story. I can confirm much of what other reviews echo about the quality of the management before the storm and the quality of the apartments and maintenance. Pretty sure my countertop is made of garage floor coating. Do not live here.

Do not live here. New management does not care about their tenants and lacks any sense of customer service. We are going on two WEEKS without running water and they have ZERO urgency. There are plenty of better apartment complexes in the area...choose elsewhere.

LOOK ELSEWHERE. It's a long review, but worth the read if you're considering moving here. Management is terrible. They lie, and are very poor at communication. Before I moved in, Pinnacle tried to raise my rent, and changed my move-in date at the very last second. Already off to a bad start, but I let it go. Upon moving in, my apartment was filthy. I found screws, dirt, and mold everywhere. When I asked if it was cleaned I was told it was, "professionally done". It was not at all. I was also told I'd be facing the woods. I am facing the street and can hear everything outside. I have sent in numerous maintenance tickets that management marked as completed, when they never were. When I asked why and who did this they ignored me. Amazon sent me a notification to let me know I had packages delivered, but an agent told me they never arrived. She told me over and over, "Amazon lies. They mark it as handed to reception but never do". She also told me they were not expecting packages that week. I asked her to check again, at first she refused, but shocker, she found it. As you can see, lying is a normal thing here. Other cons: - Management will ignore calls/emails - Replacement light bulbs cost 5 each LOL - Gym is only open 8:30-5:30. If you were like me you were hoping you could get rid of your gym membership which will not be the case - There is NO KEY FOB. Even though the website says there is - The pool area, benches, chairs have no cushions. The fire pit does not work - When I moved in I was charged a "package fee" for private boxes. They haven't worked since the day I arrived. - Good luck finding parking

Do not move here. After 2 weeks without water management still refused to speak to our insurance company to be provided accommodation. They also refused to provide any compensation due to the water being out for 2 weeks. This place is completely unprofessional and could care less about its residents.

Staff in the leasing office needs to wear a mask. Not only because of obvious reasons, but it is required that anyone coming into the office wear one. I’ve gone in twice over the last couple of weeks to pick up packages and both times the person working (same lady) was not wearing a mask.
