These guys are fantastic. I bought a 2015 Turbo Maverick and they gave me a great deal and excellent service. It was an easy transaction. They also worked on my DS 650 at the same time and were very reasonable. When i needed an emergency part on a trip, they found the part and sent it overnight to me. I really like working with these guys, they love riding and get it! I think they had problems with the last manager, Seth is the manager now and he is great. Really focused on Customer Service!

I took 2 jet skis in for a oil change. Several weeks later I was taking them out for the first trip of the season when I realized the storage container with the fire extinguisher was not in one of the skis. Called the shop and 3 hours later got a return call telling me they did have the storage box and I could pick it up any time. I understand that mistakes can be made, but I live 2 hours away plus fuel. I asked if anyone lived my direction to return it, of course not. no offer to ship it, and when I asked if maybe I get a discount on my next service the response was a sarcastic laugh. I did e-mail the store with no response. obviously I will not do service with them again.
Lousy customer service. They focus on the sale, when they are to benefit. My Sea Doo Sparks required plenty of warranty issues. Not only were they inexperienced in the repairs, but they were very slow to fix my issues and did not keep me informed. When replacing the handle bars, they actually did not line up the impeller properly. I found myself on the river only able to make a hard left turn. Regardless, they were not understanding of my concerns and complaints and were not willing to make it up to me. I have since begun to use Elk Grove Powersports for my service needs and am very pleased.
They took our SeaDoo for repair 12-2. They kept it a week, did not call. We kept calling. They never called back, or completed the work They have now ceased operation, still have our Seadoo and trailer, their voice mail is full, and no one has contacted us to return our property.
Was very disappointed in the customer service after purchasing my new Maverick Turbo 1000. I said good luck to them, but won't be buying anything more from them.
The first time I went to Twin Cities Motorsports was for a spare tire. I was impressed by the BRP products on hand, this is definitely a BRP PowerHouse. I had the pleasure of doing business with Seth, who knows his product and help me find the spare tire that would work and be the most cost effective. Didn't try to gouge me for extra money. I liked that. The 2nd time was for a warranty issue that they solved in a very timely manner with great customer service. I have worked with Bill and Seth now and I would recommend them for all your needs!
