Ordered glass vials from them online. Processed and shipped quickly. Packed well but compact, so shipping price was reasonable for the distance yet none arrived broken. They still added some extras to my order of 200 pieces just in case, very thoughtful. Vials are adorable and good quality. Very happy, will be back for more!

Mis-represented a product to me over the phone. Called 4/14 was told that they would not accept the item back for a refund, and told a manager would call me. Manager never called. Called back 4/24, told a manager would call me back , manager never called.

Small lot. Trucks parked straight across from dock doors making it a pain in the butt to back in to dock door. Other than that, not a bad place.
