Ohio Basement Systems did a great job. They were professional, respectful and efficient. I appreciate what Rocco, Devin G, Sean Z, and Jason S were able to do for me and getting our basement fixed up. I did my research ahead of calling a few companies and they were fair priced and prompt in getting out to take a look at my water issues.Thanks OBS! I highly recommend them.

We got an egress put in. The awesome experience started with Doug McIntire coming over to explain the product and the process. Doug was so professional, knowledgeable and just made us feel like the decision to go with them was a no-brainer. We then got scheduled for mid-April but asked to be on the waiting list to have the install done sooner if a spot opened up. Luckily one did and we got moved up 2 months!! The crew said that they would be here around 8:30-9:00am on 2/10/21 and they got here at 8:30am...right on time! The team was led by Tyler who did such an awesome job with the team. The rest of the team was Alex, Eric, Justin and Daniel (the hole digger)...sorry if I missed someone. One of the guys brought up our garbage can from the end of the driveway. Everyone worked so well together and Tyler not only did the work too, he also was teaching each of them. We are so happy with the work and the experience we had! I really enjoyed the experience and I would definitely recommend Ohio Basement Systems to anyone!

Daniel N., Chris S., and Earle are a phenomenal team! The clean up was AMAZING! They were completely understanding that there was a young kid here during their install. Definitely will recommend them to anyone that needs basement repair.

Matt and Gene worked diligently. Matt first came for the regular yearly and did a thorough check. He noticed there was a installation portion that could be tweaked. He then scheduled a later date to make things perfect. He followed through and brought Gene with him. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. Very grateful for Ohio Basement Systems. I highly recommend them!

From the initial call over the phone—kindness and professionalism—to the subsequent meetings with knowledgeable and helpful Charles, all the way to the excellent craftsmanship work with Dan and Dylan. All around, tremendous. I read all these reviews on Google before I called—I thought there had to be something wrong with all these people, leaving great reviews. Now, I get it. Great company, great value, great service. Highly recommend.
