Not amused. After my car loan was paid off, problems started to trickle in. Statements started being sent to an address I never provided and I was charge 10 per piece of mail returned. 3 fee per month that I had a \inactive\ account (even though it was intentionally a savings account). Deeply deeply dissatisfied. If I could give a zero I would.
