We took our pretty little Sprinter RV to have a few things checked and repaired. Josh was great about helping us from the time I called until the time we picked her up. He listened to all my concerns, walked through it with us, reviewed our extended warranty and provided a written estimate before doing any work. We dropped it off on Tue, approved the work on Wed and it was ready to pick up on Thursday. Being new RV owners, Josh generously told us several things that we should do/check routinely. Their shop is very nice and clean; we had no security worries. Overall we had a very good experience with everyone there and will certainly use TX RV Repair Shop again.

This shop is the only one that answered my call and followed up. An appointment was set up and they kept it as scheduled. A very nice lady greeted me and I felt comfortable with their facilities and professionalism. After they troubleshoot my electrical nightmare, they patiently explained what was going on and what choices were they available. I walked out of there knowing a lot more about my recreational vehicle and finally now confident that my experience will be so much easier from then on. They also suggested a few upgrades (solar power) which really made a huge difference on my rig's performance all around. They are not the cheapest, but they are worth every penny. The job was completed on time as told. I highly recommend them.
This is a full service, top quality, professional shop. I have used them for a variety of things for about a year now. I trust them implicitly and don’t know if I could ever use anyone else! Definitely recommend.
