We use these services to secure our office. The tech support is terrible. We have had the same problem recurring over and over with no solution. Additionally, one of the keypads stopped functioning entirely and the earliest someone could make it out was 3 DAYS LATER. That is a VERY long time to leave a building unsecure. Not a happy customer.
