Had porcelain tile placed in the bedrooms. The contractors they used were extremely professional, courteous and the work was amazing. Very impressed with the quality of work and how each person made sure that everything was cleaned prior to the job and afterwards. Highly recommend Granite Division for their professional and Customer Service.
I am happy to say that my experience with Granite Division has been completely professional in every way. Rachel from the design team was key to finding the perfect quartzite choice as well as the tile choice. She helped me to plan the installation which was made on time and in quick order and was perfect. The selection of tile, granite, quartzite and marble is very deep, so much to choose from!! They also carry a high quality stainless sink line. Follow up and customer care was helpful and kept me informed.
We used Granite Division last year and I’m just now remembering to leave a review! But we are so happy with the product and service we got from them. Our consultant helped us identify the product that was best for our kitchen (granite, in our case), helped point out differences in the slabs (coloring, lighting, etc.), and overall walked us through choosing the most beautiful countertops for our kitchen. I think on a daily basis how beautiful our counters are (really, the material is that gorgeous). They had detailed information about what to expect at every stage of the process, and made it very easy. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
On the day before Thanksgiving, my undermount sink separated from my granite countertop and fell. The.Day.Before.Thanksgiving! I called plumbers who told me only granite installers did that. So I called 3 granite installers listed near me. Only Granite Division had someone available to answer my call, and Tina quickly contacted the installers and was able to get me scheduled for that evening. The.Evening.Before.Thanksgiving! Eddie and Carina came over that evening and were able to get my sink reattached in short order, with good bracing to prevent the same thing from happening again. They weren't allowed to do the plumbing, but my son's handyman abilities were up to the task and I had everything ready for Thanksgiving Day. As for the other 2 granite installation companies, one of them returned my call on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving and the other returned my call about a week and a half after Thanksgiving. I'm not sure who did the original installation of the granite in our home, but I definitely know who will do any installations going forward! I look forward to working with them to outfit my outdoor kitchen!
