I give this place a three star rating it would’ve got a five star rating if they had cooked their own pizza there I had no idea that they order pizza from outside restaurant the pizza from Mazzios it was disgusting I did not like it at all. We had the balcony I loved it it was nice although we had to ask for every single thing that we needed including plates gloves and napkins they were supposed to be with the package or that’s what I thought last time I had was at a place it was at urban air in the hosted everything for us here I was basically the host I had to pass out everything do everything and not get to visit with my guest like I had hoped we probably will not be back for more parties

iJump was the best birthday experience we've done for our girls. Super friendly and helpful. The girls had so much fun!

We had a BLAST! However, several of the arcade games ate quarters, and the photo booth advertises that pictures are 5, but you have to put in another 5 to actually print them! The 2 player racing/drift game wouldn't work, even after putting in several dollars, it only allowed 1 player. Our party collectively lost about 20 in eaten change and misleading prices.

This is our favorite place in Tyler. It’s locally-owned, it’s fun, it’s clean and it’s affordable. Skip chains and support your locals people!!!
