First time customer this hunting season, I wanted to try a new meat processor. Old school joint with outstanding customer service, pricing, and turnaround time. I was shocked at the speed of service. WOW! I would rate the plain Venison Summer sausage a 3/5, and the venison breakfast sausage a 4/5. Pretty good stuff. I will return in the future, and I do recommend to anyone looking for meat processing.
