Our Heroes after this horrible week of snowpocalypse!! We cannot thank Adam and the team at Super Plumbers enough! We called them during the crazy week of snow here in TX and understandably they couldn't get to us right away, so they put us on their call back list when they could start helping people. On Tuesday night late we found our downstairs bathroom flooded and a pipe in our attic had burst and who knows how long it was pouring out water. We had to rush out to the street, in the snow and dig around to find our water main valve. For 5 days we were without water. Thank GOD my church brought us some! On Saturday, Super Plumbers called and said they could send someone out between 10 am and 1pm on Sunday. Of course we were elated! Adam showed up at around 1130 am and had the pipe fixed and had us with water again before 1230pm. After Adam left, we started our cleanup, with a load of laundry and dishes. Then at about 5:30pm we found our downstairs bathroom flooded again and we could hear water pouring into the wall. We looked first in our attic, then outside and we couldn't SEE any leaks but boy could we hear it. While my husband ran up to the street to turn off our water again, I called Super Plumbers! They said they would have Adam out to our house that night between 9pm and midnight. Of course that was fine with us, but then Adam showed up at 730pm! He had to open the wall up but he was able to find and fix our water leak again!! It was a pressure valve thing a ma jig (something that was supposed to have air to keep the pressure going or something like that, I don't know I'm not a plumber, but Adam is!!). He fixed that up really quickly and we were back with water by 9pm! Again, we cannot thank Adam and the Super Plumbers team enough for coming out so quickly both times and helping us out! We'll definitely call them back for any of our plumbing needs... but I do hope I never have to! ;)

These are your plumbers, right here. Seriously - they are timely, professional, friendly and very good at what they do. Have used them before, have used them recently, and will use them again and again. Love how they keep in touch with you via email and phone for appointments. Doesn't get any better. Recently (2019-05-31) had the pleasure of working with Matthew, Brandon and Brandon. Yup, two Brandon's. The job was trickier than most - a slab leak in a 35 year old home - and the concrete slab was simply off the chart (see image). What should have been drywall behind some old paneling turned out to be solid concrete. Regardless, SP to the rescue! Mission accomplished. Highly recommended!

My tankless outdoor water heater froze in the freak storm that came through Texas on 2-14-21. I called them to come out and look at fixing a small crack in the copper line in my water heater. I asked when I scheduled the appointment what I could expect as a ballpark price for the appointment. I was told it would depend on what the plumber found and if he could do repairs and she could not give me any price over the phone. There was NO MENTION of either a standard SERVICE CHARGE or standard DIAGNOSTIC FEE. These both totaled to 250 that I was not aware of at all. I even told them over the phone I had a leak, and where the leak was. What did they need to \diagnose\? I was then quoted 2900 to install a new water heater I can buy and replace myself for less than 800. I was expecting a charge to come and look at it - I'm not expecting free. However, 250 to come tell me something I already know without telling me up front about the charges is terrible customer service and shady business. When I complained the plumber immediately reduced the total by 50, so I'll give him that, but I will NEVER use or recommend this company again.

Had a leak under my kitchen sink, contacted super plumbers and got a response within hours confirming an appointment for the next day. Was contacted twice prior to their arrival to confirm the appt and then to let me know they were on their way. I appreciated this as I like to be updated continuously. Both plumbers were wearing masks (during covid) and were professional and quick to get to the problem. He identified the issue within seconds and fixed it within minutes. They gave me an unused pen (to keep) to sign the work order so there would be no cross contamination. The problem was fixed within 24 hours of contacting the company. The plumbers were in and out of the house in under 7 minutes having fixed the leak effectively and efficiently. Will recommend and use again.
