I’m in love with this place. We just moved to Tyler and I chose this club mainly because of the child care. Everything has been phenomenal! The kids club workers are so kind and patient. The tennis, soccer and fitness instructors have been amazing, especially with my small child. The facility is clean and fully equipped for any kind of workout. And the other members have been so welcoming. This is a wonderful place for the whole family and I’m so glad we joined!

Overall, I would give 2 stars, but these would be awarded to the pool staff from the summer and their soccer pro Key (he is 5 stars and amazing). The new office staff, management and tennis professionals have ruined this club and the experience members have here. Do not join here if you plan to use tennis, go to the Cascades. We originally joined in June 2020 and enjoyed it. We loved the pool, soccer field and tennis courts for our family. We were debating between the Cascades or Tyler Athletic and Swim Club, but we loved that we had access to tennis balls, soccer balls, defenders and cones for my family to train. We enjoyed many days playing and swimming at the club. The club was very welcoming and hospitable toward guests. As a previous tennis pro at another country club and previous Children’s Summer Camp Director this was very important to me. When the management changed the communication about changes in policies did not happen. We arrived for a fun night of tennis with my family and were met with a tennis pro taking away a basket of balls. The pro asked where I found the balls and I explained that when we joined the policy was that members could use the equipment. He took the balls and said no that their policy changed. He then proceeded to ignore my husband’s questions about the change in policies. The use of equipment was the main reason we chose TASC over the Cascades. Every time we have been met with these changes in policies we have received varied responses from the staff, which shows the poor leadership skills. Choose somewhere else.

Just to let y'all know that this club is just ok. I say this because I pay quite a bit of money for my family and I to attend this club. I go in the mornings there's no issues but when I come and Colton the front desk boy is there, there's alot of issues. Firstly he is just plain off rude. I don't know if this is the issue that most of the club is white and I'm asian but this guy makes me feel uncomfortable whenever I come in. It has led to my son wanting to know his schedule to avoid coming in when he is working.
