This place is great. You will not find a better RV dealer than Tyler RV. First no pushy salespeople, we looked at several different RV dealerships and the salespeople at the different dealers would literally call several times a week wanting to sell you a camper. Brad was very patient and did not want to sell us something that wasn’t the perfect camper for us. When we finally decided on the right camper we simply contacted Lisa in the financial department who answered all of our questions and made the buying process enjoyable. In addition to the great buying experience the customer service is great.

Purchasing my 2019 Keystone Hideout Travel Trailer with Dean and Lisa at the Tyler RV Center was amazing. They worked very hard to secure financing for me and treated me like family. Praise God for the good work that they are doing.

We are not newbies to camping or to buying new campers. Our needs have changed and this time we drastically downsized so that we could easily pull it cross country. I was getting frustrated finding some features in a smaller camper that I just couldn't give up! When I saw the floor plan on the one we bought; I knew I had found my camper! I called several dealerships in several states before I talked to the dealership in Tyler who had just sold their last one, but kindly transferred me to these folk in Mineola. They were so helpful and even went and looked inside the camper to answer specific questions for me. I bought it sight unseen and drove hundreds of miles to pick it up. I thank our friendly salesman Tanner Smith for all his courteous help! Everyone there was so thoughtful and so attentive. I am so glad I found what I needed and I know I got a great deal in the bargain. By caring what I wanted and working with me, they earned my business. I could have and would have bought from a dealer within 5 miles of my home selling the same brand, if they had only cared to get me the trailer I wanted instead of only being interested in selling what they had sitting on their lot. Thanks again for a perfect camper, Tanner! We will enjoy our trips with it for years to come! It pulls like a dream.

Know a couple of people who have worked there and made a great living. The parts department doesn't get enough credit. The man working in parts isn't only knowledge able but is a class act! The man's name is , Al, and he works all the time and doesn't get enough credit! The owner should be proud to know that every time i have needed anything Al takes care of it! Just thought the man deserved some credit bc the cards for the parts department doesn't even list his name and it should! Without this man I wouldn't ever recommend Tyler RV Center as the place to get your RV parts. Just wanted to say thank you all for being as good of a person as you are a Parts Manager! Thank you...

I purchased a brand new rv and 5th wheel hitch from them. The sales side was smooth and awesome now the service was another story. They were adamant on installing the hitch so I let them. When I picked up the truck the trailer was hooked up so I paid and left. I get home and unhook the trailer I find out my backup camera doesn't work. I called the next day and I spoke to the owner and he accused me of damaging it and trying to get him to fix it. Cost me almost 400 to repair their install.
