From the first call, they exceeded by expectations by asking detailed questions about my problem and providing details over the phone, to scheduling same day service and arriving on time. Eric came and answered all my questions and concerns, and quickly made the repairs without trying to oversell. The cost was VERY reasonable. Eric showed up early and started checking out my sceptic tank and telling me what the problem was why my drains were not working. He found the problem and did the repair very quickly. He explained what caused the problem and told me how to prevent it in the future, also solutions if I keep having problems. He is very knowledgeable of the systems and how they work. Very professional. He did a great job and the price was very good. I know who to call if I have more problems. I recommend them for first class service.
Firehouse did an excellent job, they hand dug my tank up and left the site spotless after the pumping. I submitted a contact form on their website on Sunday and the office manager called within a few hours and scheduled me for Wednesday, the crew showed up on time and was very professional. I’ve used other companies in the past but the communication was very poor and they made a mess of my yard, so glad to have found Eric @ firehouse !
