Dominic serviced my laser cutter yesterday and did a wonderful job. I was worried that I would need to have a lot of parts replaced but he did a really thorough job with cleaning it and replaced the parts that typically need replacement after a few years. He was patient and explained exactly how to clean the machine plus several tips and tricks we didn't know. As a woman I usually hate having strange men in my house but I felt totally comfortable and safe. I also appreciated that he wore a mask the whole time. Thank you Dominic I am excited that the laser will be running better now and I feel confident in keeping it in good shape now. Highly recommend.
