I visited the store with a good idea of what kind of purchase I wanted to make but had some questions about the specifics. The sales rep that helped me, Anya, was incredibly helpful in addressing my questions and was very knowledgeable in the products. Her customer service was superb and she was very patient in my decision making process. It was a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you for your help, Anya! The store was also kept very clean and followed all social distancing guidelines, so I felt very comfortable to drop in for an in-person consultation.

Was greeted with a very pessimistic, passive aggressive man. He questioned me and my friends of why we were in the store then proceeded to mock our social status. I had asked genuine questions about the hair dryer and was given short and back handed responses. He then proceeded to tell me the price with a very smug look, as if I wasn’t able to afford something like that. He ended with “hope you enjoyed your little trip” and laughed.

I went in to the Demo store today to get a dryer and was met with the best customer service by Wafaa! From start to finish she guided me through the product and answered all of my questions. Due to COVID, the store is following proper CDC guidelines which limits the amount of customers allowed in the store. This did not bother me, and Wafaa gracefully and respectfully helped me and the other customers that were waiting. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Love love LOVE Dyson products. This store and its customer service is just great. I really love being able to stop in here and try a new product out before I buy it.
