Maintenance folks are awesome, Repairs done timely and done well. Recommend a quicker prompt response to fix our bldg. front door. There have been two occasions of when the door would not self lock and was not fixed for several weeks for each repair of the door. Residents depend on a secure front door for security and well being. I don't know how the door fail. I don't know the cause, however our residents and contractors should be advised to use the security code to enter. Thank You. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

The location is good. Beware the ground level apartments (even renewed ones) may have some creepy creatures such as \Spider Crickets\ see the photos that I uploaded that I took in about three weeks!! I relocated to a second floor apartment and I have never seen them so far! The walls are relatively thin, too.

This is a great community. The staff is very kind professional and fixes things in A timely manner. The residents are friendly it is a great dog community. The grounds are kept up. There is a nice pool and outdoor areas to hang out at.

Worst management ever in the entire US. I suspect Fraudulent business as they changed the strategy for renewal offers. They started asking legal residency copies for lease renewal offers so that they can offer only monthly renewals and get 175% of market value. While they have 30 vacant apartments.
