I love this place. We have tried a bunch of flavors from the crepe cakes. My all time favorite one is the pistachio. The signature flavor is great too. Tiramisu and mango turned out to be okay. I would love to try other flavors next time. Overall an awesome place and yummy flavors.

The cake tasted OK, it looks cute. A bit overpriced, if I could change one thing that would be the amount of plastic they use in their packaging just for a slice of cake..., plastic wrap inside paper container inside plastic bag with plastic forks...

I absolutely loved this place! Amazing stuff, pretty quiet classic style. Tiramisu is the best!!!

Top tier cake for sure. Renovated store with elegant decor. The only downside is that a slice of cake used to be 7-ish which was already upper level spending, since they moved here from 3rd floor, the price goes up to 10-ish with tax.

I don’t understand why Lady M cannot make fresh cakes locally. The cakes are all frozen cakes from New York, and yet Virginia people come and pay the same. The flavors and the dining experience for a slice of frozen cake is different at a much lower level. Why not Lady M start selling frozen cakes in grocery stores? Really no need to have the local stores like this...

Poor order experience and customer service, expected better. Ordered a prepaid cake online 3 days ahead of time for pick-up for my dad's 65th birthday at the Tysons VA location. My brother picked up the cake, bought it home and discovered there was no inscription. I called Lady M customer service line and was told sorry and if I send a photo I can get a refund on the inscription add on fee. Also told if I wanted the inscription I had originally pre-ordered, I can just pay for another cake.
