The uclub staff (especially Ryan) was so so helpful in getting me out of a tough roommate situation. They recognized that it wasn’t a healthy environment for me and wasted no time making sure I felt supported and safe throughout the entire process of them moving me to a new unit. I’m so grateful for all of their help they are truly so kind and caring!! My first unit did have some maintenance issues quite frequently, but that can be quickly overlooked when the staff is so willing to help out all the time!

I am not really sure where to begin with this review. I was so excited to move into my very first apartment, but on move in day it was an absolute disaster and the rest of the school year followed suit. The parking situation was a complete mess for those who live in Building B. The building does not have an elevator which was incredibly inconvenient to carry heavy items all the way up to the fourth floor. It also made it extremely difficult for some of my family members to come visit. Once I finally finished moving all of my items up into the apartment, I noticed that the staff did not bother cleaning the apartment at all. The cabinets had crumbs of food in them and the dryer had someone's lighter in it. A few days after moving in I found out that the apartment had been infested with fleas. I had so many bites on my ankles and legs I could not take it. All they offered to do was pay for a gross hotel room for me to stay in while they took care of the problem. It was incredibly inconvenient. In addition, the WiFi is terrible, appliances are cheap, and they give you so many random charges throughout the year. My roommates car was also towed with her sticker on it and they still made her pay for it! It was absolutely ridiculous! I would not recommend this place to anyone! Please take your money elsewhere!!

Myself and my roommates just toured at these apartments and Andrea really sealed the deal for us! She gave us a wonderfully informative tour. It seems as though the price fits the amenities and the amenities are fantastic! We are very excited to live here for the next phase of our lives.

Never signed a lease before in my life. Aiden gave me a great tour and showed me what it would be like to be a resident at U Club. I couldn’t have had an easier stress free process. I would definitely recommend asking for Aiden because he lives in U Club and can speak for your best interests.10/10

Caitlin did an amazing job showing an amazing place. All staff was very welcoming and informative from start to end of our tour. The building as very well maintained and included incredible amenities that separate it from other living facilities in Morgantown.
