Wanted simple trailer hitch quote for my Camry. What I got what a non english speaking person who wanted all personal information. I wouldn't go there if they installed a hitch for free. If you want to get grilled about your personal info, the this is the place to go.

My spouse and I rented a truck to move to our new home. It is 100 miles from our previous address. Spouse put the new address into the system as out of town Destination. Somehow this was saved as an in town rental. Why would we rent a truck to drive 100 miles away and then go back to the same location we picked it up from and then have no way to get back to our new home? We used the service to get movers in both locations as well. When I went to drop the truck off at a local uhaul authorized drop site the app wouldnt let me drop it off. By this point i had already followed step 1 on the app which is to drop the key in the drop box. I called customer service to open a complaint and a rep told me the app wasnt working and that the technology wasnt working correctly. She took all the info and attached the number for our order of the movers. The next day my spouses bank account was drained out and they began to incur fees as a result. I called customer service again and asked to speak with a supervisor only to be told that because the site saved our reservation as in town we would be charged over 100 more than originally quoted and that they were unwilling to do anything about it. I watched my spouse fill out this order on your site and we ABSOLUTELY did not save this as an in town rental. It would have made no sense whatsoever. I will be posting this complaint on Twitter and google for all future customers to see. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You're service took an already financially and personally stressful time in someone's life and made it even worse.

Rented a 15 Ft moving truck to move out of an apartment and into my new house. Truck was readily available and the renting went smooth. Employees are casual and not very informative. Go through a script of sign this, sign that, bring it back with x amount of gas. So on and so on. Overall, I got the vehicle I wanted to rent and had zero problems.

Very Dishonest! Got rental truck for 1 day & dropped off before given time & at given location. Charged for 2 days rental & when called they gave refund for only rental charges(19.95). Later I realized they didn't refund for insurance for 1 day. I called them again out of my office busy schedule (3rd time) & asked for billing details, then refunded for insurance of 14. It seems, this is their normal practice to charge extra if some one not realized extra charges that their gain!!! Be careful for this location!

Tried calling to verify the 68 price for propane as claimed by another reviewer and waited on the phone for 5 minutes. Got tired of waiting so I'll take my business elsewhere. Poor customer service.
