The absolute best experience I have ever had renting a Uhual. Ms Mary was so respectful and knowledgeable about everything, I left feeling comfortable and well taken Care of. The customer service I experienced was literally the best I have had since I’ve been in the city of Memphis. I’m so grateful and thankful for the ladies here. They both need a raise and promotion. Thank you guys sincerely.

Service was quick compared to a couple other local locations I have done business with. Very personable, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would recommend!
The manager(a african american male) was extremely rude and extremely dismissive when my problem was explained(we had misplaced the keys to the truck and was trying to see if they had back up keys) the front counter person was doing all she could to assist but the manager says not my problem and offered no help. I feel like just because you are in the Frayser community does not mean you get to treat the people any type of way. I will not be suggesting this location to any one because of the customer service
