Laquanda truly is the light at the end of the tunnel. After an extremely long trip, having many issues with U-Haul along the way. Let's just say that I am far from happy with my experience from U-Haul. With that being said Laquanda is at my final destination location.she showed great concern for the situation in a genuine way that was extremely comforting. I really wish that U-Haul recognized that the majority of their employees have a major lack of effort and the ones that have effort have enough compensate in order to keep the company afloat. Laquanda has endless effort and is most definitely one of these few employees that is keeping the company afloat. I would most definitely say if you find yourself having to deal with U-Haul keep you and your family safe by finding the employees with effort . You can count on Laquanda to keep you and your family safe. thank you Laquanda!

111 dlss for driving a U haul pick up truck for 4 hours
Very rude employees the young girl on the phone was short with me I was trying to rent two storage units and was brushed of after a 39 second conversation I was put on hold for 7 minutes and 23 seconds then called back and was put on hold immediately. Went with a different company for a higher price after using uhaul for over 18 years the customer service is definitely not what it once was.
I have lived in five (5) states thus far, and Colorado with be my sixth (6th). Needless to say, I am an experienced mover. I ALWAYS use U-Haul because of convenience and reliability. With that said, the customer service I received from David at this location was incomparable. He was helpful, patient, and made this stressful time a little less stressful. If you are moving and are reasonably nearby, go see him.
I rented a van on Jan/31/2017. I was told to bring the van back with 3 quarters of a tank. I returned the van with the exact amount and was still charged a fee for not returning the van at 3/4 of a tank. So she changed the refuel amount to 7/8 on the phone after I called to find out why I was charged a 8 dollar fee. She charged me 8.05 to refuel it.
I've used U-haul for years. Always been pretty pleased. I didn't even know this was practically around the corner from me. Donna was very courteous and helpful. She gave friendly service with a big smile and carried my packing materials out to my car for me. FYI if you're buying packing materials shop around. The wrapping paper, (I've always known it as "china wrap") , and the glass packs were a much better deal @ Uhaul than Lowes! I'll be back to this location!
This place accommodated me on short notice on one of the busiest weekends of the year. Thanks to their team there!
