I was extremely pleased with the service. Rented a car hauler when they hooked it up they noticed I had a burn fused. They helped me replace it at no charge. On the way to return the trailer I must picked up a nail and got a flat. I had to call roadside assistance the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. The roadside assistance showed up surprisingly fast.

We went to reserve a trailer a week in advance but they do not guarantee the trailer will be available until 6pm the night before you need it. Definitely make a plan B for a rental somewhere else because you will be screwed if you hang your hopes on if they have a trailer and then they don't. Not being able to guarantee something at least a week in advance doesn't seem like smart business for customer satisfaction but I guess if a company doesn't have to many competitors to force them, then why should they guarantee

There is only one reason I’m not giving this a five star. But I’m not gonna tell you until the end but it is very important if you’re going to use a debit card to rent a truck so stay tuned. First they have pretty much everything and anything you can think of for moving efficiently or transporting I took pictures of most of the stuff and they seem very reasonably price and you could find them all in one location. Well the reason for the four-star are use my debit card to reserve the reservation and everything was fine. Then when I went to pick up the truck she asked if I want to leave it on the same card I said yes. She said that the card was denied. Well I have plenty of money in that account so I called the bank thinking my card is been frozen maybe on fraudulent accounts. That being said I spent the next 50 minutes on the phone with Bank of America to find out wait for it that the girl had ran my card requesting a pin and when the pin wasn’t put in it declined the transaction causing me an hour of frustration. So super happy with the promise of Bank of America which is entitled to another review. But I’m hoping that you all reads this that if there is a transaction that is denied the need to ensure that they run the card the correct way whether it needs a pin or just run it as a credit because that causes huge amounts of problems. I knew that I was very frustrated with this year’s ago but I forgot until yesterday now I know and I think I would tell them that it’s all. Credit card transactions from here on out. Also if you’re planning on moving on a weekend you need to give yourself several weeks to reserve the truck do not anticipate them having trucks and trailers available. Especially if you want a bigger truck those go fast.

Called uhaul about a charge that popped up four days later. I was on hold for 49 min soni drove to the uhaul store while still on hold on the phone. They were not busy, there was nobody in the store.the girl at the desk was not helping. All she could say was call ur bank and could not tell me why a charge took money out of my account two time after four days. Uhaul are crooks and will make fraudulent charge on your account. I will never use or recommend this company. I wish I could leave a negative five stars for my experience

All went well, but I left 2 of my furniture dollys in the trailer. Went back the day to get then and the fuggers stole them.
