Best U haul location ever! Friendly staff, fast service, helpful staff, cheap prices and great variety of moving supplies. Chuck is your go to guy, he is the most helpful and friendly employee there but he needs to be more enthusiastic and not sound so boring when he talks. :) other than that... Chuck will be more than happy to happy you in anything to make your moving easier. If you need to choose what U haul to use in the town of Great Falls, definitely use this location over the other ones. Clean location, no waiting in line, answered the phone quickly and very great deals on everything. Thank you guys!!! Definitely recommend this U- haul location!

I was very satisfied with my encounter with this young man. I plan to call back and make my reservations with this U-Haul franchise. Cudos!

No point in making reservations with this place. I got a call saying I had to pick up the equipment I reserved from a different U haul 2 hours out of town because it was the closest place with the equipment I reserved. I reserved the truck and trailer over a month out. Hell of a way to treat a customer.

Clifton helped us through the whole rental process. He was extremely courteous, helpful, friendly & personable. Although he is a new employee he made sure to ask the right questions & was able to effectively communicate with both staff & the customer, me. Clifton went above & beyond to make sure our experience was great. I highly reccomend renting from this location, Clifton is your guy!

Stay away from this Uhaul! I called for a price quote on a car dolly. The gentleman started by asking me my name, address and phone number. I gave him my first name as a kind gesture and he proceeds to ask me for all the additional personal info. I reminded him that I was calling for a quote not a booking. He threw a fit over the phone with a bad attitude. I asked him if it’s their company policy to ask the customer all this information for a quote. He became angry with me when I asked him this question. I said, “look I’m just calling for a simple quote, I really don’t think it’s Uhaul’s procedure to ask me for all my personal information. May I please speak to your Manager. He responds by saying, “the rental is 300.00 and please hold”. He placed me on hold for 20 minutes at which time a gentleman picked up the phone claiming to be the manager. He too proceeds to give me a bad attitude. It’s very clear to me that the employee was just working in an environment created by his team leader and neither one of them care. I then searched online for a quote using the same dates and car dolly one way to to Las Vegas and the quote was 120.00. This place is a scam!!

Owner called me I told him we were keeping the uhaul an extra day he said he had it rented out already and needed it by 3 pm we unloaded into the yard to be respectful to the people renting it out we arrived at 1 pm ( it was due at 9 am) to be told he was going to charge us the extra day anyways because we were late. Never again will I go there this is the 2nd time we have had horrible customer service. I called uhual to make a complaint I better get my money back I was so tempted to take the keys and go park it at Walmart till tomorrow am!!!! It was a 2 hr drive to drop it off!!!! Won't be using uhual again unless the dm makes this right!!! We were delayed due to the ️ and storms we endured from indiana back to Montana!!! I would of took my time and earned the 89.00 they charged me for being nice!!!

Wow... Well my old review is gone some how. And since reading the reviews tells me this place has not changed allow me to tell you my story again. Gladly... If I could give ZERO stars or LESS I would. Three or so years ago Alex and I got quotes for renting a car dolly to pull my Soul behind our truck. Two weeks later the price more than doubled. I can understand hollidays, summer time, or weekends. But, it was neither and there's no reason for a double. We had no choice as it was the night before the move but to pay the bill. We couldn't keep our bank account as the bank we used doesn't exist in Florida (least not at the time). So, they asked for a cash deposit that we were told we could get back in Florida. So again the price went up. The person who hooked up the dolly smelled like a brewery exploded. Whiskey easily. Slurred words blah, blah, blah. When we got home and returned the dolly the location couldn't give us our exorbitant deposit back because the drunk man never put the money on the receipt. (Ok the receipt thing is on us.) But, then when they undid the dolly the clerk at the Florida location realized we were lucky the dolly and MY CAR didn't fly off on the way home. The drunken jerk didnt properly hook up the dolly. Later we called this location and they wrote us off and told us to call customer complaint line. Lucky for them we got no where with them either. So, please... Take it from me! Don't! If you do, make sure they are not drunk and make sure you check the receipt and everything else. And, it might not hurt to stop at a Uhaul on the way and double check how securely set you are.
